What we verify, and what we do not
A certification shown with a tick has been checked by us against the provider’s certificate. Everything else on a profile — including certifications without a tick, prices, years of experience and rider numbers — is supplied by the provider and shown as given. We label which is which on every profile rather than leaving you to guess.
Training is between you and the provider
We are not responsible for the quality, safety or outcome of training you book. Check that your provider is a DVSA Approved Training Body for the course you are taking, and that your instructor holds the certification that course requires. The DVSA publishes the definitive register.
Reviews are opinions
Reviews are written by learners and reflect their experience, not our assessment. We moderate for abuse and relevance; we do not verify the events described.
